Daughters of Charity Services of New Orleans

The Daughters of Charity Services of New Orleans consists of the Carrollton Health Center and several community outreach components. The Neighborhood Health Partnership provides health screening, disease state management and education at several church based locations around the city. Daughters of Charity is a member of PATH’s Executive Committee and has been a collaborator on numerous PATH initiatives.
